Mrs. Irish's Mexican Chicken Soup

It took me awhile to get finished up at the cabin yesterday, take the boom lift back to Rome, Ga. and then the left over tin back to Lowes, but when I got home Mrs. Irish was cookin' up some chicken and dressing for Thursday and she had a pot of Mexican Chicken Soup on simmer. Good stuff for the soul...
