Ribeyes on the Kamado

Mrs. Irish made a great salad and her wonderful twice baked potatoes and I seared a few ribeyes on the Kamado at about 500 degrees. Chased it down with a little Wild Turkey 101. Pretty darn tasty.

That's a meal for for a king right there. I just might have to throw some ribeyes on the grill tonight.
