what's your favorite bbq sauce or recipes?

I found my new favorite bbq sauce this weekend. It's saw's sauce. I got it at publix

I like to make the white BBQ sauce myself. Just mayo, cider vinegar, lemon juice, horseradish and seasonings plus whatever else u might like in there.

I'll do my own regular sauce sometimes too but if I don't feel like messing with that I'll just get some plain kraft or whatever and doctor it up.

Have not found a favorite. I prefer no sauce while at home and with the first serving. I prefer a vinegar based sauce when reheating the next day.

Not a big fan of barbecue sauce either. It should never be on a pork sandwich. But I love the HOT sauce that Whitt's has. I don't put much but it makes the sandwich for me. I wish I knew what they use in it.

When smoking a butt I have been known to pour a bottle of John Boy & Billys original on for the last 30 minutes. Sweet Baby Rays is good if you are "grilling" and want to mop something on some meat.

Mix these ( i just eye ball & taste as i go ) : Dreamland, little bit of another thicker sauce, a little dales, ranch, and brown sugar.

I buy it by the gallon and then I cook in slow on the stove for a couple hours. That reduces it some so it isnt so watery.

I agree . You don't need sauce on good meat. But a homemade mustard base is hard to beat.

John Boy and Billys

Cajun Blast with a shot of mustard, Worcestershire sauce, steens cane syrup and grape jelly.

I use the garlic butter spray when grilling steaks.

I use several different brands, but bullseye is hard to beat..

I don't know if any of yall have ever been to pruitts bbq in gadsden, but to me they have the best bbq sauce, and there food is also top notch. If someone could figure out their sauce recipe I sure would like to know have it.
