Happy Independence Day all!

The ceramic has been busy the past few days!

Started with reverse seared bone in Compart Duroc chops...stir fried vidalia, pear & collards with a creamy vidalia sauce...grilled pear quarters on the side...

Next up..Reverse seared tri-tip with spinach couscous, topped with a scallion chimichurri...hit the spot!

And it wouldn't be the 4th without burgers!

Venison ground with bacon, stuffed & topped, seasoned with chipotle, garlic, & salt...washed down with a great local IPA...
