What Cooks Are Y'all Planning Memorial Day Weekend?

Just curious what everyone is cooking this weekend...

I've got hanger steaks for Sunday and 2 butts and a 12lb brisket for Monday...still debating with myself, butts on top or brisket on top...

I'm smoking a butt, maybe some jalapeno poppers.

17LB brisket. Will smoke for about 12 hours or so.

I've got a 14 lb brisket that I'm thinking about doing overnight Friday into Saturday.

Baby back ribs smoked until fall off the bone

Be in NOLA working Sat and Sun. I'm sure a few oysters and cold ones will be consumed though.

I would recommend doing the butts on top of the briskets to let the brisket get basted with the drippings from the butts as they cook. Either way will be delicious

Nothing big. Just some fried deer cube steak, sweet corn on the cob, homemade mashed taters, mac & cheese, cornbread and blackberry cobbler.
