Any of yall ever made any? I've got the deer and beef jerky down to a science and all my friends seem to enjoy it. I had a buddy today bring some turkey breasts by the house and wants me to try and make turkey jerky. I'm going to grind it then use the jerky gun and dehydrator. Just curious about the seasoing. Use the same I've been using on deer and beef or another mixture of spices? Thanks for any tips.

Be very very careful, as undercooked turkey carries a higher threat of food-borne illnesses than deer and beef.

That being said, I would probably use like a garlic/lime seasoning on it or something. I don't season my chicken and deer the same way.

That goodness you have would be a hell of a lot better in some hot grease or on the grill.

Yes I've made it just as you describe and it turned out really good. Just make sure when you take it out of the dehydrator put it in the oven on about 180 for 15 minutes to make sure you kill any bacteria

Ain't no way I am making turkey jerky. I don't eat turkey bacon or sausage either. Just nasty in my head.
