Walt's fast and easy (& good!) deer chili.
1 lb deer burger
1 can Rotel diced tomatoes & green chiles
1 can Tomato sauce
1 can spicy chili beans
1 can black chili beans
1/2 onion
Season burger to taste & brown in cast iron pan along with diced onion.
Simultaneously bring tomatoes, sauce, beans to boil in a pot.
Drain off any grease from the browned burger & onion and add to pot.
Simmer for a spell (or don't if you are starvin).
Serve with shredded cheddar cheese, saltine crackers and hot sauce on the side.

1 can chili hot beans
1 can red kidney beans
1 can rotel
1 can diced tomato
half a cup ketchup
diced onion to taste
pack of deer meat
secret ingredient...2 spoons of creamy peanut butter.
Brown the meat. I don't drain deer meet that doesn't have fat added. Throw in the rest and stir and simmer a while.
Serve with Sour cream, grated sharp chedder and Cornbread (no sugar added).
If you are feeling a little kinky sprinkle some cilantro on top before you eat it.
