Prayers needed

The world lost a great man Sunday. My uncle Jacky Taylor from fruithurst,al had a heart attack Sunday morning doing 2 things he loved more than anything turkey hunting, and being with his grandson. Please pray for the Taylor family we will miss him dearly.
He is the reason I love to hunt like I do. Taught me to shoot a bow,to turkey hunt,and many other lessons in life. Called in my first long beard with a old pot call he gave me.
It is going to be a rough road for his 14yr old grandson. Cherish every moment, cause we don't know when it will be our last!

I hope I go out like that when I go. Sorry for y’all’s loss. Prayers for the family.

Never met my grandfather on my mom’s side. He died opening day of Turkey season 1960, sitting next to a tree.

It was a beautiful service yesterday .
They had him dressed in his favorite camo shirt holding a slate call and striker.
On top of casket they had a display with the beard, and feet/spurs of his last bird.
It was and still is a very emotional time for me looking back on the many memories we shared in my life. I think to the bible verses that say I fought the good fight,I finished my course and am now ready to receive the crown of righteousness! He left life the way he lived it, being with the ones he loved and doing what he loved the most!
