.410 build

Picked up a Stevens .410 yesterday. Just leaving the cheap red dot on it this year. Factory choke. I think it will make a great late season gun now that it’s getting thick in the woods. Remington TSS was a waste of money. I’ll be using Apex 9/10 Small Batch. Red dot has since been moved to the left 3 clicks. 😜

What is the allure of a .410?

Lighter smaller gun that with TSS is every but a lethal as a 12ga with lead shot

I don’t get it either…. At least with a 20ga you can get comparable load size.
