Federal 2 3/4" Hulls

I've got a load ive been using that calls for VP90 wads... well, I've ran out of those. Cant find them anywhere and have been looking for a while now.

I've got another recipe that is similar (no VP90) but calls for the 2 3/4" Federal hulls... which I also do not have and everywhere is currently out of stock.

Does anyone happen to have a stock pile of either of these that they would consider selling me some of?

Why don’t you just buy the 3” and trim. I know it’s an extra step but they got 3” federal in stock

I’ll say this it is nice with the 2 3/4 hulls not having to trim the 1 5/8oz load. But I have a jig made tat I can trim 20-30 hulls in less than 10 mins.

Also I’m pretty sure you can use the PT2092 wad for the VP90. They got those too.

Just checked and the 3" are in stock. I swear I looked and they werent. So I can definitely do that.

On th 90/92 wad... the 92 is a 3" wad. Dont see how that would work. Unless I'm missing something

I use the PT2092 wad in both my 1 5/8oz load and my 8x9 2oz load. The 2092 fits perfectly in the 2 3/4” hull

I never did use the VP wads I’m loads. I’ve only used PT so may need to compare PT2090 to the VP90. PT2092 vs the VP92. But I do know for a fact the 2092 loads in 2.75” hulls just fine.

I don't think there's any difference in the PT vs VP wads
