Old school Remington find.

Found one locally in good shape. Probably just sell it. What’s these things selling for now?
I was really surprised how nice these things are, having a difficult time letting go of it.

I would say very good, but it’s been used. Not mint, a few spots of camo wear nothing heavy but I really wouldn’t think it’s been carried and shot much. Has the original choke and sling.

You did pretty good then depending on how broke it made you.

Back from when owning a Remington was something of pride.

I have one too. 21” barrel 12 870 in old school greenleaf. That’s when a Remington was made to last.

That sounds nice also. Gonna have to check the barrel length I’m not sure on this one.

I have one just like this. Love it.

I got mine in 1995, which was well before Cerberus bought Remington and the decline began. Also have a Marlin .30-30 and H&R 12-gauge slug gun, all made prior to the companies being purchased.

It appears to be a 26 inch barrel. It’s 25 inches from the end of the barrel to where it meets the action.
