Looking for a new 870

Son is wanting a new shotgun for his birthday next month and is wanting a synthetic 870, 12ga with 21” barrel. Any suggestions on best place and prices to buy one other than Bud’s, etc? I like to buy from brick and mortar if I can before going online.

Academy usually has the best price. Cabelas offers some pretty good deals if you'll apply or use their credit card. You can always turn around and payoff immediately.

I recently got my best price on a 20ga from Grabagun.com.

I’ve got a buddy that has one for sale, although not exactly what you are looking for. His is a 20 gauge 870 with a 26” barrel already drilled and tapped. Indian creek .562 in the barrel. The gun has had very few shells through it.

Does the Remington Huntsville facility have a retail store?

Academy is where I bought mine 3toe. 289$ I believe. I put a shut shot stock on it and a tightwad choke and commenced to killing.
