My dad finished his slam this morning here in Oklahoma. 18 pounds 8.5 beard 3/4 spurs.he eased up in a field an saw his Hanover a hill. Yelped a few times he came in. I was a mile away

Congrats! I know that spot! I planned to tent camp there a few years ago, but it was so dang cold and windy I slept in my Yukon instead. Lots of birds up there! Good luck on the rest of your trip!
