Well it's starting to wind down. I got three more days to hunt. I haven't hunted here All year. As thick as it is I don't think anyone has. Its even prettier than last year in here. Clbed a different tree than I used to And like it. I feel good about today. Good luck folks.

hunting with a friend today in macon cty. sitting in a hwd flat with a three yr old cutover across the logging rd from me. hopefully something cruises by. good luck!

Just saw three. It was thick where they were and all I could see was tails in binocs. They were feeding away from me.

What part of mobile county u hunting country?

Southern Part just saw another doe and yearling. They were alot closer.

Gotcha, I hunt out west mobile county some and hunt marengo and Wilcox also.

I would love to hunt in west mobile. I live within a mike the way a crow flies from Eliza Jordan and airport.

Buck just chased a Doe by. To thin and just a touch to far to shoot.

Doeand two yearlings with a spike in tow. Was hoping that was the doe the other buck was chasing. Came by a ten yards. Guess I am here till I have to eat then gonna climb about 75 yards to my east

It will probably wrk against me but I moved about 100 yards. All deer were coming out a specific trail then just going everywhere. Know they can come from everywhere and to the trail where I'm sitting.

saw a few does this am..moved to another hwd bottom with a food plot to my north..hoping maybe they will funnel through here before slipping out to eat...still in high hopes of seeing something remotely close to this thing they call "the rut"!

Deer all over road from Montgomery to Mobile must be starting up!

Wind was howling and from every direction but SW.... I don't think I even saw a bird. Out until Sunday afternoon. Mardi Gras and ball park duties tomorrow and Saturday.

Buddy saw 12 today in my spot... Gonna hunt these next 4 days real hard
