The Pre-spring arrow fling, I haven't been to a shoot in about 5 years, may have to visit.

I might be there. Anyone know the price for a round for adults and kids? Seems to cost more every year.

The shooting rates for the weekend are as follows. For a family of four, $55.00, as many rounds shot over the entire weekend. A single weekend rate is $35.00 and per round rate is $15.00 if someone just wants to pay by the round.

There will be 3 ranges with a total of 36 McKenzie targets throughout. Twelve targets per range spread out on some beautiful property.

Thanks.
Do you know the price for kids? The weekend rate is reasonable, especially if you are camping out but I'm not spending $60 just to shoot one round with my 3 kids.

I've been shooting these for years and this one continues to increase in price every year. In contrast some others are still $25 for the family weekend.

Kids 7 and under shoot free. Over 7 pays $15 per round or the family rate will apply

I may go down and see everybody but $45 is a little steep for just one round. Thanks though and good luck to everybody.

Depends on my work schedule. I may have to work some weekends once the season goes out. Hell, it's been probably a year and a half since I shot my longbow. Starting to get that itch again. I'm thinking about getting me a lower poundage bow and go after my first trad kill next season.

Re: Tannehill trad shoot... - 01/24/15 04:15 PM

Probably a 46 or 48# @ 28". That would put me pulling around 42 to 44#.
