You can't hunt Oak Mountain without being IBEP certified. Also some other states require it if you are going to bow hunt.

True. I think eight states require bow certification.
Some are now requiring ATV and treestand safety classes. More BS.

I think the number of states and providences is around 15 now. BHA requires it just for their UDCP hunters.

There have been some okay bucks taken. I think some in the 110's. You always here stories about monsters up there. But, none have been brought in! LOL

They are actually getting pretty good. I think the mature doe avg is right at 100 lbs now.
