Bow Season!!

mine says48 day 09 hours 54 minutes 36 seconds till deer season, in bama,/ and 199 days, 09 hours , 53 minutes , 36 second til turkey season this coming up spring in bama. i am jonesing to kill a big ole buck with my bow, it will be my first archery buck in bama.

Oh boy it's like Christmas morning

I have to work opening day. But from October 17 to November 10, I'm off. Then I'm off again from December 20 to January 2.

I had forgotten all about the season starting on the 25th. Will still have the bow in February, so it's all good.

I cant wait! Got some new arras today.. Half dozen of easton axis 400 (made sure they were on the recall) Looked at the Injections and the FMJ's but I decided that if what I have is working why change?

I'm stuck with having to hunt the first three days it opens in MS, then only my days off until Nov 7th. After that I'll be stuck in NW Kansas until the 17th having to hunt Whitetail/Muledeer during the RUT. Darn my Luck

Cant wait to get up in a tree with a long sleeve shirt and sweat my rump off with the thermacell. Hunting is my favorite sport but don't forget your families and your relationship's with God. Go to church on Sundays and hunt the other days. Just remember, hunting is great but it makes a lousy god.

Reaper yours is wrong, you cant count midnight, only legal shooting time.

75/55 with a NE wind @7mph. Is opening day forcast for me in Lee County! Ill take that all day long. Can't wait to hunt some acorns

I'll second that. I won't be thinking about any of you fools tomorrow while I'm on my day trip to Texas.

I'll be out there Friday morning. I don't get too excited about hunting anymore when it's opening day and you can't see your breath and still have 3.5 months until the last day.

Why in the hell can't they make opening day on a weekend?

Well my plans got changed My opening hunt will probably be Thursday Morning instead of tomorrow. I don't have a signed permit for the land yet....my fault...

I just got the clothes out of the dryer and into the garbage bag. got the backpack packed up. gas in the truck. leaving at 4am for the 1.5hr drive to t-town. will be giving the LFTT and blood trails if the good Lord grants me the opportunity and I don't miss.

Im ready.setup in the camper right now.Gonna head out at 4 am to get in my stand.Hope Big Boy steps out.
