My peep is off. Do I twist the bottom of the string and the top. Also do you twist it tighter. Peep is rotated backwards when drawn

Depends if it's rotated a lil use the bottom of the string if it's off a lot use the top. If it's all the way around as you stated it's either time for some new threads or it's tied in backwards or you need a short nuff get for real tune up up
