LFTT 12/5/19

I will be hunting Wheeler out of a boat this morning. I’m set up on a pinch point between river and field. It should be like shooting fish in a barrel. Oh yeah I’m in KILL mode today. Lol.

Over a cutover, has a small spike cod in and feed for several mins. Wind started blowing right to him and he walked off He blew twice waking away and 5 mins later had a huge doe cross at 73 yds, needed to say the eind is not cooperating today , blowing in 3 different directions

I’m in the same SMZ as yesterday morning. Nice pinch point with thick bedding on either side and water oaks dropping.

Went in blind to a new spot today I scouted some buck sign up the other week, had something fairly large come up on me walking in in the dark. Can't figure out if it was a buck or a pig, but it didn't like that I was walking into it's spot. Ended up seeing four does and no horns after that encounter.

Not much action this morning, a few squirrels was it.

Hunting a slough this afternoon, white oak and water oak flat, with 5 you pines on one side, thick stuff on the other. Good luck and be safe.
