Was staying away from a hot spot due to the wind, get out to my other stand and the wind has changed directions on me. Oh well just had a monstrous doe cross as 63 yds. Good luck everyone
In a tree in Perry county. I'm still trying to figure out this wind but it seems to finally be a light one from my 9 o'clock. Skwerls everywhere.

Well crap, just had one blowing less than 50 yds in some thick stuff. Wind was in my favor so not sure what went wrong.
Just had a doe and a fawn out of spots feed through at 20 yards.

Doesn’t youth season go through today? Just looked and confirmed it, youth season is Nov. 15 through Nov. 18.

Near a swamp with trails thru it. I hope to see the big one.
Been back up after lunch for an hour. Had an armadillo walk right underneath me so I dropped a lugie on him.

Drove from Louisiana to B-Ham today for work and stopped for gas around Meridian, MS and was surprised at the breeze bc it was dead still when I left home.
Saw two this morn and had a slickhead under me at 10 yards for the last 45 minutes of daylight.

Slipped in to a creek/hardwood flat this afternoon and ran 4 out as I was slipping in. Ended up seeing 4 more but I just can’t one within range for some reason. Try again in the morning and see what happens.

Attempted to go back this afternoon, had washed hunting clothes and realized that I had left some stuff at the house as I was walking to the stand. Had I gone home and come back I would have bumped them trying to get into the stand so I went and picked my Elite up. Try again tomorrow morning.
