LFTT 11/17/19

No one hunting? I'm behind the house, lots of tracks and about 300 pics on the camera

FIRST TIME CHECKING IN ALL YEAR, although not my first hunt lol! But for some strange reason I always have luck when I do check in on here! On a small food plot in the corner of a clear cut/field with pines to my back, hardwoods to my left and wind in my face! Shooting the first deer in range without spots on it or with it! Praying for safety and success as always!

I wanted to hunt bad this morning, but having to leave camp at 12 for the airport. I figured if I didn’t shoot one before 8 I’d be in a real rush to get to the airport in time. Wait hour after the shot, hour to track and drag, hour to clean it and get on ice, hour to get camp cleaned up..... I just sacrificed my hunt and put out 12 bags of corn at 6 spots for my dad who will be there the rest of the week and the rest of my family this weekend. Hope they get something!

Naw. Had it with me, but took the Mathews. She was 20 yards and it was pretty late. Doubt I would’ve attempted the shot if I had the longbow.

Cut hair off a does belly and then this guy came through about 5 mins later

Pretty animals to watch as they hunt.. They are deadly killers!

One more turkey killer gone!
