Glutton for Punishment.....

I’m taking my 10yo nephew and 9yo son down to the family farm this afternoon. My son killed a good buck last year and we’ve got one somewhat patterned for Friday. My nephew however doesn’t get many chances to go and has never killed a deer. He’s shot my crossbow in the past a done very well though.

So this afternoon we are gonna pile into a ground blind and watch a field that’s been covered up every afternoon. Oh did I mention my 5 year old little girl is pitching a fit to go. So I’m gonna have 3 kids in this groundblind at about 2:30 this afternoon. It’s gonna be a FANTASTIC afternoon. I’m just as excited as the kids are. Let’s hope we get some good ole blind and deaf walker county deer in the field! 😁

Alright. Been settled in the blind for about 30 min. Didn’t make much more noise if it had just been me. Maybe these kids have learned something

Ended up seeing 3. Nothing close enough to shoot but fun nonetheless. Actually pretty good considering I had 2 10 year old boys and a 5 year old girl in one blind 😂. Had a Boone and Crockett rabbit at 16 yards lol.

Thanks Farmer. My sons on the left and daughter in front but as you can tell all 3 are as close as brothers and sisters. They are truly great kids.
