I guess I'm the only one out today? I'm set up on the ground on an ATV trail leading to a food plot hoping to ambush one. Rain literally just started coming down. My treebrella is above me wedged between two trees I'm sitting between.

Got rained out this morning. Headed in about 1pm.

Been there,done that.Hope you get one of those big "show-me" bucks

Started lightening after I was in the stand so I’ll try again this afternoon.

Set up in the same strip as yesterday afternoon. Moved my stand about 60 yards behind where I was.

Over looking a small plot that is about 150yds from a bedding area.

Ol’ Emmett done smoked a nannerhead. That’s his third one.

High five to your bud Emmett. I'm set up same spot as yeaterday evening. No way they skip this area 2 evenings in a row.

I got off work at 2 and went straight to the woods. I’m set up in a hardwood funnel between a cutover and some thinned pines. Found fresh rubs walking in a land climbed right here.

I need a rifle!

Passed a nice bachelor group on 459 between exit 10 and 13 about half hour ago. One real nice buck.

I can always bank on seeing deer on that stretch of interstate, especially at sunrise and sunset. The large bus hogged area just past exit 10 on 459 North always has a deer or several in the evenings. I've also seen a good buck there last year.

Seen 2 does 2 button heads and a spike the spike kept trying to spar with the button heads

Nothing here...again.

Any rut action there yet? Headed north in the morning.

Saw 3 bucks running a doe on Sunday morning. Rut should be wide open right now.

Yeah right now id be happy to just see a deer. The hot spots on my place are not so hot right now.

Well the rain died down so I’m here looking over a plot down from a bedding area. Saw several feeding about 1/2 mile up the road by the woodline on the way here.
