Hunting Black Warrior this morning. I’m set up in the middle of some short pines with a lot of honeysuckle. The rut is on, so maybe they will want go to bed this morning to est up for tonight. Good luck y’all.

No dice for me this morning!

I got up to go this morning, felt like crap. Hoping I feel better so I can go this evening. Monday is usually my day to hunt.

Set up on a hot white oak, droppings, scrapes, and rubs in the area. Good luck and stay safe.

I'm hunting this evening, but with a lever gun! I decided to let my bow hunting spot cool off! I'm on a ridge on 20 acres overlooking a creek, I've never hunted this property before. I hope "big daddy cane" shows up! Robinhedd

I’m thinking about it, but I already have 2 does in the freezer and this is my best place for bucks right now, would like to keep the does around for the rut I think

6 does are plenty for a buck.

One of em blew at something but they are all’s till laying there, just attentive and looking the other way

Idk what it was but three does took off lightning fast and one is just walking around my tree now. The spike is standing perfectly broadside at 30 yards but it’s already too dark to really see my shot

Well as I said, most of them moved on. The spike and the other doe stood around and at dark I didn't know where they were, so I just tried to climb down as quietly as possible, I heard on run off but don't know where the other went. Great evening in the woods!

No deer, just a bunch of tree rats and an armadillo.
