Present. Out on public land and was at my small pull off which is meant for 1 vehicle, getting ready to walk in and 2 other trucks decided to pull in knowing I was there first and there is basically 1 way to go. So have to change my game plan a bit, but guess that's what I get for public land

Got settled at 612, 619 I had two walk by, idk what they were, but they didn’t care about the amount of noise they were making. 40 yards out. I’m positive they were deer.

I’m set up on a brassicas plot this morning.

I'm living vicariously in my office.

Seen a momma and 2 little ones 3 different times since first light. Not much difference in size. Going to give it till 1030

Really would like to make it out this evening

I hunted cahaba after work this morning. Got settled in at 7:10 and about 8am had a deer come in behind me, blow and leave. It was a gorgeous morning to be in the tree though!

I believe they are they smartest deer in the state. I get busted everytime I see deer there.

Set up under the white oaks on the north ridge again. Emmett is covering the south ridge.

Head out now myself, The hunt for the elusive whitetail buck deer.. TRICK or Treat

Set up on a wheat oats rape field. 1 sit of the year on this plot by anyone. It's mowed down

On a white oak finger between a nasty cutover and a big kudzu patch. Same tree I killed the 140” on Halloween last year. Had 4 does come through around 2:40, but I’m bone shopping today!

On a field on the gas line. Saw a buck crossing when I got to it. First time it's been hunted this year.

Why is it that deer seem to know which way you are not expecting them to come and that is the route they take.
And one more thing, why is it if you need them to take two steps they only take one before turning around?

They won't pull that crap when I got my slug gun!!

All I saw was the 4 does early...it was quiet enough to hear a cricket fart, I should've been able to at least hear deer moving in the distance, nothing...it was stone cold dead.

Saw 2 does at 540

Saw zero, nada, nothing.

Saw 2-3 does and passed on a 95" 7 point at 18 yds.

all I saw was squirrels, haven’t seen a deer yet this year
