Calm morning but no action yet.

Heard a buck grunting and chasing in a big thicket. Never got a look at it.

Wheeler, sitting all day, nothing so far

I shot one about 7:50. 40 yards, broadside but hit a little high & went thru the neck. Deer stayed around a couple minutes but i couldn't get another shot, it walked off really slow.

Ok, how long should I wait before looking? I don't like neck shots with a bow, but the Magnus Buzzcut 125 is a big, sharp head. I'm gonna wait till atleast 10:30 before I get down out of tree. Robinhedd

Arrow didn't look good, hair & meat. I found good blood 30 yards from where I shot him, but can't pick it up after that. If u blow the pic up, it's got bubbles in it. But it's not much blood.

Any more luck robin? If you posted a pic for us to zoom in I didn't see it
