Bow for female newbie

Need suggestions for a bow for a young adult female first time shooter. A friend wants to get her daughter a bow to learn to shoot for Christmas. Probably not interested in hunting but more shooting. What do you suggest? $500 range. THX!

This gal is a college freshman so the archery in the schools program is out for her. I just offered to find out what I could since their family does not hunt. I shoot a Mission and they have an entry level bow in that price range but I wanted to see what other options members here might think were better possibilities.

Bought my wife the Diamond Infinite Edge pro. She loves it. Lots of adjust, and didn't break the bank. Got her first archery kill, and she loves to just shoot it.

I have a very slightly used martin jackal my wife used with arrows and case. Very sweet setup super quiet

I have a Parker sidekick... I love my bow
