What hunt is higher odds?

Trying to figure out what to do for upcoming cold front. I have a tag for kansas still. Do you think it would be more worth while to bowhunt there (Kansas public land its rifle season up there now) or Alabama? Trying to put bone on the ground

Obviously Kansas is going to be higher odds no matter what time of the year for a big deer. But, it's likely pretty slow unless you have a good food source. May catch some second rut stuff going on in the next week.

I'd still pick Kansas unless you are hunting very good land in Bama with a December rut.

That bow levels the odds a lot more than most people give consideration to. You're likely to SEE a bigger buck in Kansas, but you still gotta get within 50yds at either place. I guess I would need to know the caliber of land you'd go to up there...
