A nephew of a buddy of mine is buying my Chill R. It will behind first sure nuff good set up. In an effort to save him a little money, I found him a used Mathews QAD on Archery Talk. The rest arrived yesterday by FedEx while I was at work. The package was damaged and the containment bar was broken.
I messaged the seller on AT and told him what had happened and that his packaging wasn't very good. I also sent an email to QAD and inquired about purchasing the part. This was after business hours for them. I told them the truth and that I had been using their rests for 10 years. About 20 minutes ago I received a reply back. They thanked me for being a loyal customer and said they would have a replacement part sent to me ASAP at no charge. Can't beat that.
