Good Customer Service

A nephew of a buddy of mine is buying my Chill R. It will behind first sure nuff good set up. In an effort to save him a little money, I found him a used Mathews QAD on Archery Talk. The rest arrived yesterday by FedEx while I was at work. The package was damaged and the containment bar was broken.

I messaged the seller on AT and told him what had happened and that his packaging wasn't very good. I also sent an email to QAD and inquired about purchasing the part. This was after business hours for them. I told them the truth and that I had been using their rests for 10 years. About 20 minutes ago I received a reply back. They thanked me for being a loyal customer and said they would have a replacement part sent to me ASAP at no charge. Can't beat that.

Hard to beat that. RCBS sent me replacement parts for a full length sizing die(stuck case) free of charge. I don't mind spending money with folks that have good customer service.

That's jam up. I've been shooting then for 7 years and never had to deal with CS, but glad to hear it's good.

Got the part in the mail Saturday.

I've had the same good dealings with their customer service. I lost my low launcher arm and they sent me one free, along with a few felt rest pads.
