ARROWS!!! ISO Opinions - 02/12/16 09:12 AM
Redoing m set up and now I am on the arrows. Looking for feedback on you wonderful people.
I was thinking carbon express maxima rest, but I have heard they are now all same grain size very 5-7 grains each arrow. They are 3 different sections and they have blemishes.
I was also da-torch. No real negatives.
I have looked at a few others, but I have not read deep into them like these two.
Thank you all for any and all help

I like the Easton acc and have been shooting them for years. Very consistent shafts and durable. I've tried other arrows just to try something new but come back to these. I would put the full metal jackets right there with them if you like the "slim" arrows.

Hard to beat a Gold Tip Hunter or XT for the price.

I only shoot traditional but I've found the Carbon Express Heritage to be the toughest shaft I've used. They have an extra wrap more than GT,or Easton.

I have shot carbon express maxima red and was not a fan at all. Did not hold up well and did not group as good as others I have shot. I always go back to my gold tip xt hunter.

I've been happy with Beman Hunter Pro in Realtree arrows.

CX Maximas shoot best from my bow. They're pretty durable. I still have 6 from a dozen I bought about 5 years ago. I have probably killed 20 or so deer with this dozen.

Bought a dozen Easton FMJ about 10 years ago finally bent / lost enough of them and swapped to Gold tip pro hunters and they work well also
