LFTT 12/24/15

Well; everything was good at the house so I drove 7 miles to where I hunt and it's raining and lightening. Waiting to see if it's going to last. Good luck to everyone

Waited for over an hour, rain was not too bad but the lightening was non stop,try another day I guess.

Sorry to hear that man! Not worth the danger though. Still got plenty of time left in the season

Storm played out by 7:45 so got dressed and headed back out. Was in the stand by 8:20 had one cross around 45 yds in front of me but only caught the backside of it

I woke and and heard the lightning and it was raining pretty hard so I just went back to bed. Really wish it would cool off this weekend.

Yeah me too, It started to look pretty rough again around 11 am so I just got down and did a few chores around the house and settled with shooting a 3-D target. Forecast calls for normal temperatures next weekend, kinda hope that's true since I won't be able to get back into the stand until then.

It has rained here non stop today. Over 5" and counting. I didn't even set the clock.
