28 degrees in fayette county this morning. Sitting between two pine rows with a hardwood bottom to my left. Good luck.
Hunt Bankhead National Forest this morning. Set up on a big pine ridge in there bedroom on a logging road with a few scrapes. Rut is full blast so it should be a good location. Good luck y'all.

Just shot a doe. She was angling away and right before I shot she turned broadside, I never moved forward. Hit her a little back.

Hope you recover g/h. Ive seen five doe so far all of them about 5 yards outside my comfort range.
Young 6 point just strolled through.
Just heard a buck running a doe down in the hardwoods. Maybe he will chase her up in these pines.

Hitting a little back is better than hitting that shoulder.

Good luck G/H, hope you get her.
I'm back in from my morning hunt. Saw 3 does at about 8:15. Something was chasing them or spooked the. They were close enough to the neighbors property that it could have just been them going to work. Sat for another two hours and didn't see anything. Oh well, back at it this afternoon!

Haf to get up to get some things done before work. Ended up seeing nine doe. Only one that was in range was a yearling. Probably will be after them tomorrow morning.
After 500 yards of blood and guts falling out his belly he finally met his maker.
He was chasing a doe and I almost didn't get him to stop.

Nice JD!
Didn't see anything this evening. But I'm glad someone got something!
Thanks guys. I usually hunt close to the truck, but I ventured about 200 yards and he ran another 500. I'm only 39 and it still about killed me getting him out.
