Bowstring Question?

I had a buddy give me a Excalibur Vixen crossbow that doesn't have a string in it. Does anyone know the length of these strings? I've read that they are between 35" and 36" but is that end to end or where the loops start? Thanks for any info.

End of the loop to the other loop end. I'm not absolutely sure about the AMO standards for measuring an xbow string, but to correctly measure a compound string it must be the under 100# of tension on a 1/4" post.
