Outboard Mechanic Recommendation - 01/14/20 06:53 PM

Anybody have a reputable outboard (old Yamaha ProV) mechanic recommendation around Rockford/Sylacauga/Alex City?

Nothing major, looking for someone who can diagnose a starting problem and a little maintenance work.

I used Foshee Boat Doc in Dadeville to work on my dad's boat I inherited. 1-256-825-5525. Real nice folks.

Foshee’s Boat Doc are good people and do great work. Brandon Duck owns Lake Outdoors and Marine right at the Coosa/Tallapoosa line on Hwy280. His number is 256-392-4801, tell him LC sent you....maybe he won’t charge you double. grin

No matter who your mechanic is, if he has a problem with your Yamaha that he can't fix, Yamaha sends him to Hevishot. Factory Tech. He is a Yamaha Pro. Just don 't be surprised if he shows up wearing a dress. Nothing wrong with a little cross dressing ! rofl

I don't care if he is wearing makeup either! When he fixes my motor, it is done right the first time. He has my new one right now giving it the once over before crappie season kicks in.
