Did you pop it open and check the fuses inside? Probably blew a fuse

This. If it's not a fuse the dual pro are not throw away units (well mine isn't) they can be fixed.....

Fuses are good. That was first thing I checked. This unit I have would cost more in shipping & repair than it is worth. Also, I do not think they support ones as old as mine.

Been toying with changing my boat from 24V to 36V, don't think anything if your 4 bank MK is "missing" tomorrow!

I’ve used a dual bank dual pro for 12 years Great luck with it. It’s stays plugged in I’m not fishing
