what can you grow in a greenhouse in the winter?

Those that have them do you just use them to start seeds early or ?

You can grow about anything, just takes a lot of time. I had to pollinate my tomatoes with a small paintbrush, etc. It wasn't worth the time to me. Regulating the temperature is a must.
