Bak Choi or Swiss chard

Anyone have any experience with these? How well can they stand the heat? Thought about adding something different to the lineup for our market since peaches are toast..

Could of been the variety I planted but Bak Choi has bolted very quickly when I have planted
in the fall and late winter.
