Silking corn - 08/11/20 02:21 PM

Have any of y'all found a brush that's worth a chit for silking corn? I remember my grandparents having one that worked real well when I was growing up. I haven't yet found one that works well, they are either too stiff and bust/damage the kernels or are not stiff enough to pull the silks out. What do y'all use?

I use a machete to cut off both ends then shuck from the top down. Takes of almost all the silks. Then use a small knife to take off the rest. Use a fingernail brush if need be.

This.
I just cook and eat.
If anyone at my table doesn't want the silk, they can take the time to clean it.

Skip the brush, use your air compressor.
