Any good salsa recipes?

Going to have a bunch if tomatoes this year and like to eat salsa. So might as well put up some.

Just mix tomatoes, onions, cilantro, jalapeño, and lime juice until you like the flavor.

Pretty much it right there. You can roast the onions, peppers and tomatoes on the grill beforehand for a little different taste if you want

For something fresh, I like diced tomato, red onion, avocado, jalapeños, salt and pepper to taste and fresh squeezed lime juice!!
