Got a basset that has some nasty arse smelling ears. Anyone know of a product at tractor supply to clean them?

I have to do our Labs ears from time to time,,,scratching all the time and shaking his head.
I got some ear mite treatment and also wipe em out with alcohol. Seems for help for a while.
The dog hates me for it.

Zymox OTIC. I buy off Amazon for my Boykin when her ears get nasty and it hasn't let me down yet.
