Looking for another deer dog..

Well little red died on me this week. Vet said she had a brain Tumor, wasn’t nothing they could do. We killed bucks in front of her for 10 years, we’ll over 100 bucks killed in front of her no doubt. But with that being said, I’m looking for another dog or two. Would like a beagle/walker cross but would look at full beagle or a smaller walker, blue tick, Black and Tan etc hound. Any of y’all run across some younger dogs just let me know! Thanks!

Down here when they basically outlawed running deer with dogs it didn't take long for the good bloodlines to disappear.. Sorry for your loss of Little Red, hope you are ale to find another pup.

Go to Collinsville trade day and buy one that the guy says won't run deer. Guaranteed deer dog.

Funny story about that. I had my own pack of rabbit dogs from when I was 14 till I was 31 years old. Never missed a year without my own pack of rabbit dogs. I was about 17-18 me and my buddy go up there to get some collars made, I see a pretty warfield red a guy has and I ask him about it. Ohh son, he’s the finest Junp dog you ever seen, won’t touch a deer, fine dog bla bla. Well I tel my buddy about it, he says hang on a minute, so he goes up to the same guy, days he’s looking for a mate to go with his Warfield red deer dog, well low and behold, the man tells him he’s the finest deer dog he ever had seen and so on. Lol that’s the last time I ever thought about buying a dog at There. 🤣🤣
