Recommendations for a blue heeler pup

I may be looking for one after the first of the year. I have one that is 9 and she is the best dog I've ever had. Health wise she is really hearty as well. I'd like to find someone that has a history of producing healthy and obidient dogs. I'd like to have one learn from her before she's too old.
