Walker, where in the world are you finding them that cheap? I normally use the Rayovacs and have always found them at our local Lowe’s in good supply. But lately, they hardly ever have anything bigger than AA.
I only use the aa batteries. I didnt see where you asked about d. I usually get the 36packs at walmarks. The feed store i use has them right now. Pretty sure theyre $18. I havent bought but a couple packs this year, they might have gone up.
Home depot has sales on their brand batteries occasionally. I've had good luck with them. Home depot also has the best prices on energizer batteries that I've found.
The blue harbor freights test out at or just slightly below Energizer and Duracell and do it at a MUCH cheaper price. Even the orange HF's are pretty good. They test out at Rayovac type levels per youtube battery testers. My experience matches theirs.
I buy the energizer ultimate lithium AA's from Amazon. They are pricey, but I hate having to change batteries or have a dead camera out and not able to get to it to change it timely.
I use Harbor Freight batteries. Make sure you get the blue EDGE batteries and not the yellow ones. The EDGE batteries normally last the entire season in my Moultrie Cellular cameras and last almost a year in my regular cameras.
