Is this a doe?

Would you say, with certainty, that the anterless deer in this picture is a doe? (First post, I apologize it the picture doesn't come through)

That’s what I was thinking. First noticed the deer on Jan 10th, so it was an early shed. I suspect it was a buck that I had pictures of in November with a one sided rack. I think there are health issues or more likely an injury.
