Anyone notice the cost of powder took a jump? I was at shooter's warehouse last week, and snagged some more 4064 and it was over $60. They said powder took a noticeable jump recently.

Yep it took a pretty big jump. Late last summer I found ramshot big game for sale at powder valley for like $24.97 a pound and bought 3 of them and wish now I would've bought double that. I checked this weekend and it is about $42 a pound now and out of stock everywhere.

The manufacturer’s warned in advance that it was going up after the first of the year. My wife is actually the one who told me.

I didn’t need anymore Unique or 2400…but went ahead and bought several singles and an 8 pounder of 2400 before the price jump.

I priced some varget yesterday from powder valley. 8# was $389.99, plus haz mat and shipping. Pretty sure the first 8# jug I'd ever seen was Varget in Shooter's, Columbus GA in 2009 for $189. Got an unopened 1# bottle with 32.99 on it, from just a few years ago. Found a jug of H414 with $20.99 on it. Ahh the good ole days.
