From Moly to HBN

Has anyone made this switch? I know it will be a pain to get all
the moly out of my barrels but I think HBN has more upside to it.
Seems like HBN is way more user friendly during the coating process where
moly is very messy. Just curious for y’alls thoughts.

I had to read up on it. I shot 1 box of moly out of a 22-250 before I came to the conclusion that it wasn't for me. I don't think I have a rifle I shoot enough to make it worthwhile to shoot them. I do find it interesting that velocity goes down with coated bullets.

Less friction in the barrel reduces pressure. No moly for me, not worth the trouble and no real advantage.
