Last minute trip suggestions

Can anybody provide any feedback/suggestions for public or wma near Quincy Illinois? Or any other places where the ducks are up there and can be accessed by nonresidents?

We are trying to put something together last minute for the remainder of this week and the weekend, as far as just a place/area to go.
