Bet there is a a lot more than wood ducks in that hole in that area. This won’t take long to sell. What does the remaining dry land consist of? Any more pictures?

Thanks for the comments guys. Roughly seventy acres of wetlands surrounded by 50 acres of hills with 10 year old mixed pine hardwoods.

Mallard, Gadwall and woodcock. There are also Canada geese, but none have been killed.

This is close to the state line, on Bull Mountain creek, and I guess part of 3 tracts for sale. Either way this should be good hunting. Although this area is getting hammered by EHD right now. My wife’s family just built the two new houses on this road about a mile east of the property.
