Quail Forever License Plates

I am trying to coordinate with Quail Forever to create a special license plate for the state of Alabama. This will be similar to DU and NWTF plates. Currently I am trying to get an estimate of how many people would be interested in buying them so I can submit the application through the state. Money raised will remain in the state for habitat restoration.
