Went this morning in hopes this little cool front pushed some down. Had one group buzz in and 3 took a ride home with me. Felt good to burn some powder.

Nice. I'm finally catching a break from work so we will be out in the morning.
Cool. That's some great shooting. Maybe I can get one or two before work in the morning.

We’ve had one single pitch in the decoys so far this morning. Heavy fog and it seems to be getting worse.

Just curious...and without giving location....are you hunting public water or private?

There were a few around up here.
Nice strap, teal are one of my favorite ducks to hunt.
Went out in the bay this morning and didn't see a duck. We were pulling up to our spot a little later than anticipated. Got about 50 yards and a dude turns his light on. I cut engine off and ask if there was any reason why he turned his light on after were got so close to him...he says "sorry and that he was putting out decoys and didnt see us"...
I guess hear he might need hearing aids because I was running my briggs law mower engine WOT
And we're talking about open water, too. Should have seen us coming a long ways off...

Great picture of the pup and kiddos! I was a duck hunting fool when I was stationed in CA. Don't see to be many ducks around central AL though, dangit!

My lab looks identical to yours. Who did you buy from.
Found another group this morning and was able to knock down two out of it. One more day to find some more.
Very nice drakes (I think). Actually would be cool to mount one like that even in September. We have seen very few birds. We saw a good flock earlier this week but non decoyed. Haven't been since but going to give the last morning a try.
